Etiquette
To ensure that you fully relax and enjoy your treatments, we ask that all mobile phones be turned onto silent (or off) for the duration of your treatment. Although we love children, their attendance is discouraged as they can become restless while waiting and may intrude on your pampering time.
Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate you if you do happen to be a little late. Please understand however that your treatment time may be reduced to avoid keeping other clients from waiting.

Cancellations
As a service provider business we rely on customer bookings. If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you show us a little courtesy where possible and give us at least 24 hours notice of your cancellation. First time offenders may be forgiven if chocolate is involved! Repeat offenders may be asked to provide payment in advance or a credit card number and 1/2 the treatment price will be charged to cover loss of business.
